We walk through the space with a Matterport camera, capturing a series of 360° scans room by room. Smaller spaces can take about an hour, while larger properties or projects can take several hours. You don't need to prep anything beyond tidying up — we handle the rest.
We walk your space with a 3D camera and turn it into an interactive digital twin. Anyone with the link can explore the property in their browser, take real measurements, and view a dollhouse-style overview from above.

Processing typically takes 2–3 days after the scan. Once it's ready, we send you a shareable link along with the 3D dollhouse view, floor plan, and any measurements you need.
Pricing depends on square footage and space type — a studio apartment is priced differently than a construction site or gym. Because we're a small, lean operation without the overhead of a large production company, our rates are typically more competitive than the bigger players. Reach out with some basic details about your space and we'll send you a straightforward quote.
Yes. Spaces change — renovations, new equipment, construction progress — and we offer discounted rescans to keep your tour current. Your tour also stays live and hosted for a minimum of a year after your scan; after that, keeping it active is typically a small monthly fee, which we'll confirm with you well before it applies.
We primarily serve Greater Indianapolis down to Bloomington — including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and Westfield. Outside that range, reach out anyway; we travel for the right project.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the space and a point of contact for questions, we can typically scan without you present. Just let us know what works for your situation.
